Manhattan Beach Listing Agent
The decision to hire a Realtor to list your home is more complicated than when you’re a buyer. After all, it’s the person selling the home who pays real estate commissions at closing, not the buyer. With standard commissions for Manhattan Beach listings ranging between 5% – 6% of the sale price, everyone should think long and hard about why they want to employ a Realtor, and what exactly they get in exchange for forking out so much in fees. It doesn’t always make sense to hire a Realtor to sell your home; and worse, hiring the wrong agent can cost you big time! An incompetent, or careless, agent can cause your house to sit on the market for too long, or could lose you tens of thousands of dollars by setting the wrong listing price. This is especially true in Manhattan Beach, where prices can fluctuate tens of thousands depending on negotiations. Worse, here’s an economic study that shows Realtors often don’t work in the best interest of their clients when selling their homes!
We chose to partner with NW Real Estate Brokers because they have been in the heart of Manhattan Beach real estate for over 30 years, and they have some of the best agents, support staff, and dedicated professionals in the South Bay.
We want clients for life. We want to earn your trust over years of working together, and we want you to walk away so satisfied that you wouldn’t think twice in referring us to your closest friends and family.

FREE Listingbook Account
Everyone even remotely interested in searching for homes in the South Bay should have a Listingbook account. This is the most useful tool for home buyers, sellers, agents, and those who merely want to casually scan the local market. Signing up is free of charge, and you can configure its settings to receive as much, or as little information and updates as you prefer. Listingbook is the link between Realtors, clients, and the MLS. You’ll instantly gain access to exclusive market and listing information traditionally only available to Realtors and professionals.
Exclusive Listing Agreement
When you’re ready to put your home on the market, that’s where we come in. Listing a home for sale can be expensive for both the seller and for the listing agent. What’s usually discussed is the high cost of fees for sellers (we charge 5% of final sale price, split 50/50 with the buyer’s agent), but agents can easily put in between 100 to 500 labor hours, and thousands of dollars in marketing expenses per deal. Because our costs are so high, we only work with clients willing to sign a standard California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) Form RLA, Residential Listing Agreement (Exclusive Authorization and Right to Sell).
