We have an in-house Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and investment fund manager, as well as a team of analysts to research markets and support investment decisions for our clients.
To better serve home sellers we have an interior designer, photographer, and general contractor available to help with home staging and improving sales.

Tim Wallender is our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), runs Strategic Index Money Management, and is owner of Wallender & Associates, an economic consulting firm. He has published dozens of “Money Makeover” articles and focuses on helping families overcome financial challenges. Tim advises our clients on their overall financial portfolios, determining if, and to what degree, real estate makes sense.
Rob Viglione is our primary broker. He is a licensed Realtor®, member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Pacific West Association of Realtors. Additionally, Rob is a General Partner of Viglione & Associates Assurance Group, L.P., which is a derivatives trading firm specializing in options spread strategies. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Loyola Marymount University, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. His undergraduate work was is Physics, Actuarial Mathematics, and Economics, and he served for five years as an Air Force officer.
Alex Menas is a distinguished graduate from Virginia Military Institute (VMI), where he studied Business and Economics. He has served honorably as an Air Force officer working the business and management side of Air Force Space Command systems acquisition.
Angelica Torsson is our team’s go-to person for interior design and expert staging of homes for sale.
