Our Team
Rob Viglione is our primary broker. He is a licensed Realtor, holds the National Association of Realtor’s GREEN Designation, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the South Bay Association of Realtors. Additionally, Rob is an economic consultant for the Department of Defense, and General Partner of Viglione & Associates Assurance Group, L.P., a derivatives trading firm. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Loyola Marymount University, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. His undergraduate work was is Physics, Actuarial Mathematics, and Economics, and he served for five years as an Air Force officer. Rob has written extensively for Seeking Alpha and The Freedom Factory.
Tim Wallender is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), runs Strategic Index Money Management, and is owner of Wallender & Associates, an economic consulting firm. He has published dozens of “Money Makeover” articles and focuses on helping families overcome financial challenges. Tim advises our clients on their overall financial portfolios, determining if, and to what degree, real estate makes sense.
